I found it hard to truly difficult to find negatives for this shoe. It's now more of a daily trainer than a speedwork shoe. Version 3 has a more stable platform with a softer and more relaxed ride. Its nylon plate doesn't provide the propulsion that carbon racers have but it's still a very fast shoe. This shoe is fast, cushioned, designed to log miles and to be able to log long runs.
